DEEP RELAXATION MEDITATION

I am sharing a Meditation I did this morning - feel free to use it, and modify it - repeat which part you feel you need to fully relax that part of the body. And don't worry wither your finger untouch during the meditation that is one of the ways to draw in energy throught the 'portals' of your palms.

Sit comfortably in the lotus position, your back straight, hands relazed on your knees, palms up, thumb and index finger touching gently.

Close your eyes and inhale through your nose, slowly, exhale through your nose, slowly.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Root Chakra, exhaling relax the area - feel your pelvis become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to you thighs, exhaling relax your thighs - feel them become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your legs, exhaling relax your legs and feet - feel them become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness on your Sacral Chakra, exhaling relax the stomach area - feel your stomach become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Solar Plexus Chakra, exhaling relax your diaphram - feel the are become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Heart Chakra, exhaling feel your chest relax - feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your shoulders, exhaling feel your shoulders relax - feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your upper arms, exhaling feel your upper arms relax - feel them become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your attention to your arms, exhaling feel your arms and hands relax - feel them become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Throat Chakra, exhaling feel your throat and neck relax - feel them become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your jaw, exhaling feel your jaw relax -feel it become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your nose and nasal caveties, exhaling feel them relax -feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your eyes, exhaling feel your eyes and their muscles deep inside your head relax - feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Third Eye Chakra, exhaling feel your forehead relax - feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Inhaling focus your awareness to your Crown Chakra, exhaling feel the top of your head relax - feel the area become heavier as muscles relax.

Awake the Light of your Essence, soul, in your Heart and bathe your whole body in its bright pure white light, its higher vibrations. Feel your body become lighter and lighter in effortless rising of your conciousness.

Experience the Chakras new awakening, each shining bright in their own color.
Kundalini energy arising coiling around the bright light of your chakras all the way to the top of your head, from where it flows like a fountain back around you to your Root Chakra again - ever flowing. Let the Kundalini energy raise your vibration higher - understanding it awakens you to new pathways, possibilities and connection to the Unseen World.

Here is where angels, guides and ascended master may approuch you in light or form. Accept their advice and words - or maybe just the smile and love their presence ignisiates within you.

When you are ready to return to your human body existence - breath deeply, strengthen your aura with your new Light and remember what your body feels like. Open your eyes. Thank if you wish... I always do.
